Don Cartlidge	(donc@rdmarket.com): Don left teaching in 1980 to become active in the petroleum equipment market in Canada, first working with a distributor. He became General Manager of Petro Vend of Canada in 1984, and moved stateside to become Petro Vend's Operations Manager in 1990 (at their Illinois headquarters). Don moved back to the west coast to join R&D in 1995.
Paul Nelson	(pauln@rdmarket.com): Paul has been with R&D (and its predecessor) since 1990. He has over ten years of industry experience to draw upon in serving customers as a technical sales consultant. In addition, his interest in and abilities with computer software bring an additional dimension to the team.
